My approach in providing After Hours Counselling Services, is to remove barriers that might prevent anyone participating in Counselling.
Being able to talk about the problems and challenges that you currently face, as well as moving towards the future and solutions that you wish should be possible in the setting of your choice.
Transport can be a difficulty for people with disabilities, in rest homes, or otherwise limited in their ability to come to come to me. To overcome these obstacles, I am happy to discuss what will work for you, and to come and meet with you in your environment if that will make an important difference. My transport costs will be incorporated into the fee that we negotiate, and that is affordable for you.
Cancellations or rescheduling:
We understand that some cancellations are unavoidable, but would appreciate as much advance notice of cancellation as possible to allow us to offer the time to another client on the waiting list. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment to a later date/time.
Fees:
I am happy to discuss the fee for a session, to assist your participation at an affordable level. I am here to help. We would appreciate prompt payment of fees at the time of counselling session. I will supply you with internet banking account information.
